Akaneri Woven Bowl

The Akaneri design brings a traditional pattern from Rwanda’s Abizeranye Cooperative into a modern home. Handwoven by an artisan in rural Rwanda, each bowl is made from dyed sisal wrapped around a core of locally gathered forest grasses. The tea-colored fibers are dyed with Rwandan-grown tea leaves.

Each bowl has a loop for wall hanging and a tag naming its artisan and cooperative. Display it on its own or add it to a bowl wall.

Care: Wipe with a dry cloth. Natural variations in size and shade are expected; exposure to sun or water may cause fading or softening.
