Artisans in a small Fair Trade cooperative in Uganda carve and polish each knife from sustainably sourced Ankole-Watusi cattle horn. A byproduct of the food industry, the horn is purchased directly from local cattle keepers and transformed into a useful piece for your table.

Natural tones range from creamy white to rich brown and black, giving every knife its own pattern and character.
